All team and free agent player applications for registration are subject to acceptance by the ABL event organisor and/or venue owner prior to the commencement of the ABL event that is being registered for. The ABL event organisor and/or venue owner may prior to the commencement of the ABL event advise a team, player, or free agent player that their application for registration for that event has been refused and that they have been ruled ineligible to take part in that ABL event. 2. All players registered must be of at least the minimum legal age to participate in paintball games within the State hosting the ABL event that is being registered for. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION DISPLAYING THEIR DATE OF BIRTH UPON REQEST BY ABL STAFF OR VENUE STAFF. 3. All players registered must comply with all legal requirements to hold and operate a firearm within the meaning of the local laws applying to the State hosting the ABL event that is being registered for. 4. All players registered who are supplying their own high pressure tanks, bottles, canisters or other pressure vessels must ensure that their tank, bottle, canister or vessel meets all local laws applying to such item and have appropriate certification and testing displayed on such item for inspection by ABL event organisor, the venue owner and any ABL staff member at the ABL event that is being registered for. 5. All players and coaching staff registered must sign and return any insurance waiver or exemption form required by the ABL event organisor and/or venue owner prior to the commencement of the ABL event that is being registered for. 6. All players and coaching staff must obey the directions and safety rules as provided by the ABL event organisor, the venue owner and any ABL staff member at the ABL event that is being registered for. 7. All players and coaching staff registered shall be free of and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at all times whilst at or on the venue hosting the ABL event that is being registered for. 8. Fees and payments made to the ABL event organisor are non-refundable except in circumstances where the ABL event organisor or venue owner deem the field to be rendered too dangerous or hazardous to health due to any reason in the sole discretion of the ABL event organisor and/or venue owner, to host the ABL event that is being registered for. Generally inclement weather, will not render a field too dangerous or hazardous to health as a sole factor. 9. The ABL event organisor and/or venue owner reserve the right to cancel the ABL event that is being registered for at their sole discretion. If the ABL event organisor or venue owner cancel the ABL event that is being registered for, players will be refunded any fees or payments made to the ABL event organisor. 10. All players and coaching staff registered have read, understood and accepted the terms of the Official ABL Rulebook (as amended from time to time) and any provisional rules in force as decided by the ABL event organisor.
